In a nutshell, I aim to help organisations ‘create’ new ways to contribute to their ’community’ and be a success! This may be a new business model, a different strategic framework, a fresh perspective into a recurring problem or even a valuable insight into trends impacting your business.
I look at things from the perspective that while profit is critical to an organisation it is not the ultimate purpose. There are so many variables that lead to long term profit. We need to get them matched to your objectives to retain integrity and a guiding framework. The benefit to you is increased staff moral, improved customer loyalty, and a more valuable (dare I say, sustainable!) business.
How do I work? Through education and enrichment! I try to keep things fun and thought-provoking; not everything in business needs to be boring! I write. I speak. I hold workshops. I consult.
There are very few certainties in life, but consider this: the decisions you make today determine your success tomorrow. We can start to improve things immediately! Use your business as a platform to contribute to and benefit your customers and community – you will reap the benefits!
